Established in 2015, Parash Dnyan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal is a charitable organization dedicated to serving the homeless and elderly population. Founded by Mr. Rupesh Patil on August 13, 2015, this noble journey began with a heartwarming incident in the bustling streets of Mumbai. Encountering a helpless newborn abandoned on the streets, Mr. Patil named her Kranti, symbolizing hope and new beginnings.
Under the organization’s care, Kranti received the necessary medical attention and nurturing support, marking the genesis of Parash’s compassionate mission. Continuing its humanitarian efforts, Parash later encountered Nalini, an elderly woman, frail and destitute, on the streets of Mira Bhayander Road. With roots tracing back to California, Nalini’s poignant story struck a chord with the organization. Swiftly providing her with medical assistance and essential care, Parash welcomed Nalini into its fold, offering her solace and security in its old age home.
